Premium/Discount Zone gives each price move a location within its reference swing range. It marks the upper premium region, lower discount region, and equilibrium between Swing High and Swing Low. With the range boundaries visible, you can compare a potential setup’s location with trend direction and nearby zones before deciding which price interactions deserve attention.

How to Trade with Premium/Discount Zone?

1. Range boundaries: verify the Swing High and Swing Low that define the current zones.

2. Premium and discount: read these as the upper and lower portions of that range. Compare location with your directional view rather than treating the labels as automatic buy or sell instructions.

3. Equilibrium and range changes: monitor how price behaves near the midpoint and reassess location whenever the reference swing range changes.
